Powered by Performance is seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll partner with hiring leaders, attract top talent, guide candidates through the hiring process, and create an exceptional candidate experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for performance through commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Review resumes and conduct phone interviews and initial candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and provide timely updates
- Track recruiting activity and maintain organized documentation
- Support onboarding efforts and hiring transitions
- Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, staffing, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience using recruiting platforms or applicant tracking systems is a plus
