About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can own the complete hiring funnel for our most critical positions. You’ll partner one-on-one with team leaders, proactively identify outstanding candidates, and make sure that every applicant walks away with a positive impression of our organization, from the very first interaction to the final decision.

This is a remote job with a few in-office days for team collaboration and celebration.

What You’ll Do

Work with hiring managers to clarify each role, map out timelines, and outline what candidate success looks like.
Screen and interview to evaluate skills, culture alignment, and long-term career aspirations.
Oversee the timeline, from sending invites and setting final interview dates to the coordinated follow-up with selected candidates, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression of the company and that feedback is captured and communicated promptly.

What We’re Looking For

2+ year of full cycle recruiting experience
Strong interviewing and communication skills.
Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
Must be based in El Paso, TX.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
